General Notary Work is billed as a flat travel fee based on the zone where you need service, plus $2 per notarial act.

Each notarial act: $2 per signature.
Scheduling & Lead Times
- Appointments must be made at least 2 hours in advance.
- A $10 urgent fee applies to appointments booked with less than 2 hours' notice.
Grace Period & Wait Fees
- A 15-minute grace period is provided after arrival.
- After the grace period, a $5 fee is charged for every 5 minutes of waiting.
- I will leave after 30 minutes of waiting.
Urgent Appointments & Scheduling Policies
Cancellations & Alerts
- Clients must cancel at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment if services are no longer required.
- Clients will be notified when the Notary Agent is approximately 20 minutes away.
Payment Terms
- Payment is collected at the beginning of the appointment.
- Ensuring all logistics are confirmed before notarial acts begin.
Printing & Facility Fees
If prints are required for your documents, the first 10 pages are included at no additional cost. Each page thereafter is charged at $0.15.
There is a $50 facility fee for appointments held at hospitals, hospice facilities, or assisted living communities. Facility fees must be paid upfront to secure your appointment.
Estate Planning Notary Package
The estate planning package is $75 plus the applicable zone fee and any required facility fee. This flat-rate package is designed for complete document sets, meaning individual per-signature fees are not charged.
